Dr Watson MDDr. Caroline Watson is a fellowship-trained cataract and refractive surgeon at Eyes of York specializing in advanced cataract surgery, refractive lens procedures, complex anterior segment surgery, and ocular surface disease management. She is known for her meticulous surgical planning, technology-driven approach, and dedication to optimizing vision before and after surgery.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, completed her ophthalmology residency at Tulane University, and pursued a Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery fellowship at The Eye Institute of West Florida. Her clinical expertise includes premium intraocular lenses, implantable collamer lenses (ICL), interventional glaucoma procedures, and comprehensive dry eye care with a strong focus on ocular surface optimization.

Dr. Watson is actively involved in ophthalmic education and frequently lectures on refractive cataract surgery, ocular surface health, and modern surgical technologies. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and AECOS.

In addition to seeing patients at Eyes of York, she also sees patients at our partner practice, Memorial Eye Institute, which is located in Harrisburg, PA.
